This name ‘Fairy Falls’ apparently dates to the 1860s when Rock Park (a Welsh national park) was set up just to the south-west of the town of Llandrindod Wells). It is not clear whether this name is still in use. Note that in the spring of 2013 the local council put various fairy doors in trees in Rock Park, vandalised the following summer.
